Coming Soon: Daytime Care for Older Adults

What Is
Today & Together?

Today & Together is a nonprofit adult day program coming to Sonoma Valley. We're creating a warm, structured space where older adults can enjoy engaging days, and family caregivers can get the time and support they need.

Caregivers need support. We’re not waiting for tomorrow, we’re creating a solution for Today.

Caring for an Older Adult at Home?

You want to know your loved one is safe.

That they’re not just watched, but welcomed.

Not just kept busy, but truly engaged and cared for.

Whether it’s memory loss, mobility needs, or simply needing more support, we’re here to help. While you take time to recharge, your loved one will be with friends and caregivers who understand how to provide the care they deserve.

Respite Matters for You, Too

When your loved one is in a setting that feels safe and supportive, you have the space to rest and recharge. That time helps you come back clearer, calmer, and more connected to the role you already give so much to.

Frequently
Asked Questions

Q.When will you open?

A.

We’re planning to open in early 2026. Sign up to get updates as we move forward.

Q.How does adult day care differ from assisted living or memory care communities?

A.

Today & Together will offer many of the same benefits—trained staff, daily structure, and memory-informed care—but participants will return home each evening. This is a perfect option for families who want meaningful daytime support while continuing care at home.

Q.Who will the program serve?

A.

Our program is designed for older adults, including those living with memory loss, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s-related dementia, Lewy body dementia, stroke-related cognitive changes, and other conditions. It may also be a good fit for older adults who would benefit from more structured support than a typical senior center.

Q.How often will someone attend?

A.

We’ll ask families to commit to at least two consistent days per week. Regular attendance supports comfort, familiarity, and strong relationships. We'll do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

Q.Will meals be included?

A.

Yes. Each day will include a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Q.Will you help with medications?

A.

We will be able to hand medications to participants and observe them taking it, but we will not administer or force medications, in line with California regulations.
